Philo is not an app you open. It lives where you already talk. You and everyone who helps you write to Philo in the messaging app you already use, Telegram at launch, and Philo answers there. In the web app you can simply speak to it, and Philo answers aloud. Everyone also has a login to their own dashboard, but nobody needs it to get things done.

Behind each message Philo keeps the threads of the household: who is doing what, where, by when, what was said, and the photo that shows it is done.

Owners, house leads and staff simply message Philo. Each sees what is theirs: the owner sees everything, a lead the work at their properties, and the staff their own tasks. Each person also has their own dashboard and command center, with their tasks or their team's.

Every request, answer, reminder and photo stays with its task, so nothing has to be repeated.

Pick a line. This is what Philo does with it. Philo keeps track of everyone's tasks. Each person starts the day with their own work and gets a reminder when a task with a time is due. Anything overdue comes first the next morning. A photo shows the work is done, and the week ends with a summary of what each person opened and finished. The staff are at the centre, with a full view of their own work.
