No. All you need is to want to track tasks and assign them to yourself or to others, and keep notes and the information that help you manage an apartment, a car or something like that. Philo works just as well for one place as for many.

Anyone who looks after a home and what comes with it, from one apartment and a car to several homes, boats and vehicles. Philo keeps your own tasks, and the schedules of the people who help you, in one place, or helps you run a staff proactively and transparently.

No. The Concierge is the heart of Philo Home. You only choose how its AI is paid for.

Philo thinks on an AI key, and you choose whose. The Philo AI Concierge key is the simple choice: nothing to set up, and you pay by use, from funding you add.

Or use your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills you, and you set its limits there. A Claude Max or Team plan's API credits can pay for it; Pro plans don't include them. If your key runs out, the Philo key can fill the gap.

With your own key, a monthly fee covers web research, voice and photos. Either way, costs follow use, and your administrators see them clearly.

Every household has Philo Home. Philo's AI is paid by use, on the Philo AI Concierge key or on your own key, so what it costs depends on how much your household uses it. As the household's administrator, you can limit Philo's AI for the whole household or for each person.

Costs are controlled in the app. You set your thresholds, Philo lets you know in the app as your AI funding reaches them, and you top up when you choose, by hand or automatically. You're in control, and always informed.

Everyone has their own login and dashboard, but most staff simply work with Philo by text, in the messaging app they already use (Telegram at launch), in their own words.
