Philo

Owners and staff

Everyone in the house has a part.

Philo is the active partner tying everything together, so the owner can create, the house lead can lead and the staff can do their best work.

The roles that run the house.

Everyone has a part in the house. These are not only the people; they are the roles that support Philo and take part in the system.

The owner

The account owner: the role that holds the household. Sees every property, every person and all of the work, with the Command Center for the whole view. Keeps the settings, the house file and the rules, and decides who does what. The owner chases no one: Philo does.

The house lead

The property lead: the role that runs one or more homes. Sees all the work at every property they lead, plans the week, creates and hands out the jobs, and answers for the work being done. Philo keeps the schedule and follows up.

The staff

Team members: the role that does the work. They see only the work they are on, in their own language: what is theirs today, what is due, what is late. They update it in their own words, add a photo when it is done, and can raise a new job just by saying so. Each has a login to their own dashboard with their tasks, or their team's; most work with Philo by text.

Philo

The agent at the centre of the system. Proactive, brief and unhurried. Philo ties everything together and speaks to each person in the way that works best for them: the agent at the centre, supporting everyone in the house.

Multilingual and international.

Staff read their tasks in their own language. A task written in English reaches the caretaker in Spanish and the house manager in Italian, with no translation step for anyone to manage.

One task, in each person’s language. Point at it, or tap it.

Quiet hours follow each person's own time zone, so nobody abroad is woken by a reminder in the middle of the night.
